🇮🇳 Domestic Orders (India)

Free Shipping Across India

  • Enjoy complimentary shipping on all domestic orders, anywhere in India.

Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase.
  • All orders are dispatched from Delhi NCR.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed within 24 hours, on the next working day.
  • During sale periods, please allow an additional 2–3 days.

Delivery Commitment

  • Once dispatched, your order is delivered within 5–7 days — this is our standard delivery.
  • For priority / express delivery, simply WhatsApp us on the number provided on the product page or contact page, and we'll arrange it for you.

Cash on Delivery

  • We offer Partial Cash on Delivery on all domestic orders — you pay a minimal amount upfront, and the balance on delivery.

🌍 International Orders

Made Especially for You — Processing Time

  • Each garment is made to order, crafted just for you, so a little time goes into tailoring your piece with care.
  • Your order reaches you within 10–15 days of placing it — this includes crafting time and international transit.

  • All international orders ship via globally trusted partners — DHL, FedEx, and Aramex — for safe, seamless delivery to your doorstep.

No Hidden Costs — Duties & Taxes Included

  • All shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are fully covered by us.
  • The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no surprise charges at delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹12,000 — FREE international shipping (US, UK, UAE & worldwide).
  • Orders below ₹12,000 — a flat ₹2,000 delivery charge applies.

Prepaid Orders Only

  • All international orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available for international destinations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery Timelines

  • All delivery timelines are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch. While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or customs clearance (for international orders) are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. Orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional re-delivery charges.

Signature on Delivery

  • For the security of your order, international deliveries may require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
