Refund policy

At Label WildChild, each piece is made with love and care. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — here's how returns and exchanges work.

Important to Know — All Orders

  • All returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Raise any return or exchange request within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Reach us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and details.
  • Please do not ship any item back before your request is approved — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition — security tag intact, original packaging, and free from any stains (lipstick, deodorant, makeup, etc.).
  • We may request photographs or a short video to verify the item's condition.
  • Label WildChild reserves the right to accept or decline any return or exchange request.
  • Approved store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Returns — Damaged or Unsatisfactory Product

  • If your product arrives damaged, or you're not happy with it, WhatsApp or email us within 4 days of delivery with the details (and photos/video if requested).
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may either:
    • Ship the garment back to us yourself, or
    • Ask our team to arrange a pickup — in this case, the return shipping cost is deducted from your store credit.
  • The item must be unused, with security tag intact and no stains.

Size Exchanges (within India)

  • Request a size exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • We'll review your request, check stock availability, and share the next steps.
  • Shipping is borne by the customer — both for returning the original piece and for dispatching the new size.
  • You may ship the garment back yourself, or ask our support team to arrange a pickup on a paid basis.
  • Once we receive your piece and confirm its quality and condition, we'll dispatch the new size.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

  • Domestic: If a COD order is not accepted, or any order remains undelivered after 3 delivery attempts, it is returned to us. To reship, the customer must pay the re-delivery charges in advance, or complete the full prepaid amount for the garment.
  • Partial COD: In the case of Partial COD orders, the amount already paid upfront at the time of purchase is non-refundable — it will not be returned as cash or store credit.
  • International: If an order is refused or remains undelivered after 3 attempts and is returned to us, the flat ₹4,000 fee applies, and store credit is issued for the order value minus ₹4,000.

If a Return Doesn't Meet Our Conditions

  • If a returned item reaches us used, stained, damaged, or without its tags/packaging, it does not qualify for return or exchange. The item will be shipped back to you at your cost, and no store credit will be issued.

Processing Time

  • Once your returned item reaches us, we take 48–72 hours to review and offer you a solution.
  • Once your store credit is confirmed (after verifying all terms), please allow 5–7 days for it to be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized pieces — any garment made with changes done specially for you (length, custom sizing, fabric, silhouette, neckline, sleeves, or any other modification) is not eligible for return, refund, store credit, exchange, or cancellation.
  • Items with intimate wear — for hygiene reasons, any item that comes with intimate wear (such as a brief combined with or attached to a dress) is non-returnable.
  • Sale & discounted items — products ordered during a sale are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

🌍 International Orders

  • The same store-credit process applies.
  • A flat fee of ₹4,000 is deducted from your store credit — this covers the shipping and customs duties already borne by us on your order.
